Hi.
You will find here a horse racing guide and a few tips to save money.
This is NOT a tipping service it is merely a journal of horse races that have been raced. However, I will be giving my selections for the up and coming Cheltenham festival in March 2007.

First of all let's start with saving money

It's simple.

You just shop around. Spend a little time to search for the BEST deal.

A little time spent.....A lot of money SAVED.

I have spent some time searching through different websites and have put together a collection that will help people who want to save money. With Christmas FAST approaching, we can all do with extra cash.

The websites below consist of 3 items that we waste a lot of money on year after year after year. As this is just a guide I cannot guarantee that it will suit everyone but I am confident that it will suit most.

Website 1) Credit cards. Far too many people carry on using their credit cards regardless of their interest rate. As long as you pay off your monthly bill ON TIME then you will not be charged the crazy amounts of interest. BUT, how many of us pay the balance every month?? Shop around!! Switch to another credit card. As long as your credit rating is GOOD then many cards offer a promotional interest free period. Simply by switching your cards you can save hundreds of pounds. Website 2) Car insurance. How many of us renew our car insurance every year without checking for a better deal. Most of us do. Every year when your renewal arrives, you NEVER get the best deal. Shop around!! There are much better deals out there. By using the website below I saved 25% on my car insurance. It's worth spending a little time to save money. Website 3) Petrol & Diesel costs. This is the most exciting of the whole lot simply because of the amount of money you can save. Can you imagine a "pill" that goes into your car's fuel tank that gives you up to 25% or more miles per gallon?? Well, that's what this is. Not only is this "pill" PROVEN to save money, it also reduces your car's emissions. So, 2 things in 1: Save Money and Save the Environment. Horse racing

After a busy weekend at Sandown races I will update this column on Sunday Dec 3rd.
The only thing I will say is that I hope you backed Fair Along for next year's Arkle chase at Cheltenham before he ran on Saturday. He was available at 12/1 but not any more. This I think is already the BEST bet at Cheltenham.
